Can you really have success with team builds?

With every company there is a promise; sometimes the promise is immediate success with thousands of dollars earned every week. 

It may be that you’ve been promised success without ever lifting a finger; everything is done for you!  With a completely automated program…

Perhaps there’s a picture of a pretty girl or guy, new car, a fist full of money and all you have to do is sign up…WOW, wouldn’t that be amazing if it were really true.

Are you skeptical about the promises being made today?  You should be…promises are meant to be kept, not made and “flushed”.

Okay, so your done listening to the rhetoric and your ready for REAL success.

By now you’re ready to hear:

• What is working and what isn’t working
• You’re looking for someone who can help you get there; someone willing to take the time to help you along the way.
• You’re ready to put in the time and effort to make it happen

So let’s talk about successful team builds and what they do.

Building a team takes leadership, determination, communication (two way, three way, any way just communicate), the ability to share (really share), the ability to truly want what’s best for your team and for yourself.

Imagine for a minute what it would be like to be on a team where they actually help you build your team…

• Help with marketing
• Help with blogs, websites, online networking
• Help with training (using proven tools)
• The willingness to, after building their downline of 3 to 7, committing to helping you build yours.  (You play an important role in this too, without accountability there is no growth).

If a team is tied together, bound with honesty, respect, and integrity; with a willingness of a Go-Giver, then great strength and growth can occur.
